These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Feather Storefront platform ("Feather," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Feather, you agree to these Terms.
Feather is a multi-tenant business-to-business eCommerce platform that enables distributors to operate online storefronts for their customers. Our services include order management, product catalog hosting, AI-powered chat assistance, dynamic pricing tools, and integrations with third-party accounting and ERP systems.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms. Feather is intended for business use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information current.

Feather operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each distributor's data is logically isolated from other distributors. If you are a customer of a distributor using Feather, your relationship is primarily with that distributor. The distributor controls their storefront, pricing, product offerings, and customer data within their tenant.
Feather offers integrations with third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and other accounting and ERP systems. When you authorize an integration:
Feather includes AI-powered features for chat assistance and pricing recommendations. These features are provided for informational purposes. AI-generated responses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions. It is explicitly prohibited to use the AI features for any purpose outside of their intended use cases within the application.
Feather and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Feather Storefront and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Feather (product images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the platform.
If you are a distributor subscribing to Feather, payment terms are specified in your subscription agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.
FEATHER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that Feather will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content or third-party data received through integrations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEATHER STOREFRONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feather Storefront and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Feather, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Feather at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Feather ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of Feather after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feather Storefront regarding your use of the platform.
